About the room
A peaceful house with a calm energy, suited for those. Not a party house, suited to those wanting to living in a quiet atmosphere. You would be living with just me and my dog called Lucky. I am a respectful person and would want the other to be so as well. - Wifi Cleaning products Water + Rates + Taxes Electricity - up to R500 per month paid by myself - thereafter over and above - the extra to be split between the two of us

About the roomies
As I said, its just me and my dog Lucky. I run Eco Clubs for schools in underserved areas around Cape Town. I live a clean life, no smoking or drinking and would like the other person to not do so in the house either. Looking for someone pleasant to live with who likes to be in a good energy environment which goes both ways. I enjoy walks in the park and forest with Lucky and any other nature outings I really enjoy too.
