I’m looking for a housemate to share a furnished apartment in Zarina, a complex in Burgundy Estate, between the city and the Durbanville Wine Valley. I’ll be living in the other bedroom.

You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, so plenty of privacy when you need it. This setup is for a single occupant only — no couples.

Requirements:

• Deposit: R6 000

• Your own bed

• Half the bills, which include:

Century City and Canal Walk are only about 10 minutes away, and the Durbanville wine farms are a short drive if you fancy a weekend outing. It’s a safe, well-maintained estate with a relaxed neighbourhood feel.

I’m a chilled, easy-going guy who keeps mostly to myself, so you’ll have plenty of space and peace and quiet. I’m not into partying or drinking, so the place stays relaxed and respectful. Currently the only person living here, so it’ll just be the two of us.
