About the room
The apartment is very spacious and modern, with a large bedroom and a spacious balcony that gets great light and is perfect for relaxing. The estate itself has great amenities including a fully equipped gym, a study/workspace area, a gaming room, and a very big swimming pool.
The area is convenient and well located, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and main roads. I recently purchased the apartment, so I’m currently still in the process of furnishing it, which means everything is fresh and new.
About the roomies
I’m a young working professional who recently purchased the apartment. I’m easygoing, respectful, and value a clean and peaceful living environment. As it stands, I’m the only one living in the apartment, so the person renting the room would be sharing the space with me.
I enjoy a relaxed and friendly home environment. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
