Available from beginning of June 26 ! Hello I am renting a room to share in a house with 3 rooms. Your room comes with a big cupboard, 1 bed, mattress, bedding, linen, desk, chair, heating panel, mirror, rug, curtain, a decorative fireplace and 2 USB-lights. The monthly rent is ZAR 6501 plus electricity. The rent will be on a 6 months contract (option to prolong to the same conditions). The rent includes Fibre-internet, water etc. but no electricity.
Deposit: 1 month’s rent.
Kitchen, Living-room, Courtyard, Fibre-internet (50/50 Mbps), garden with braai can be shares with other tenants. NO babies, NO smoking, NO pets, NO couples, NO students ! 1 Off-street parking (if available) for 500 R per month.
The property is located in a quiet street in Observatory, Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town Science Center, UCT, Amazon Headquarter, CBD. Shops, restaurants, bars and public transportation are in walking distance. (54/1)
About the roomies
The house is in Observatory, in a small street. All shops, restaurants, bars or main employers in Obs are close.
The tenants are young professionals, no students. We are expecting a person who is neat, structured and accepts the others tenant’s life. If you want to make parties and bother other tenants, please look for another place.
