The house is in Observatory, in a small street. All shops, restaurants, bars or main employers in Obs are close.
The tenants are young professionals, no students. We are expecting a person who is neat, structured and accepts the others tenant’s life. If you want to make parties, host plenty of guests and bother the other tenants, please look for another place.
