We’re within walking distance to the Waterfront, Stadium, Green Point Park, City, Convention Centre.
It’s a calm in a very busy Mother City.
Rooms are nicely spaced out & there are different parts of the house for everybody to enjoy & communal spots to hang out. We have 3 rooms, you have the freedom to spend time in your room or enjoy the shared spaces or both. We have a very laid back vibe. Hammocks on the Deck in summer. Nice big table in the back, where its nice to work on your computer. We have a braai space which is always great in summer & sunny days in winter ) Lots of trees & natural vibes, loads of bird life.
My Sister and Myself look after the house. I’m in IT & work from home some days go in to the office on others. My sister has her own home in the suburbs, pops through for visits.
