The house consists of 11 spacious rooms of varying sizes and prices. Upper floor rooms have great views of Table Mountain and the Cape Town harbor & waterfront. It must be viewed to be appreciated.

The house has a large, fully fitted kitchen with harbor views and a dining area.

To accommodate a diverse mix of students, we require all to adhere to preparing and using halal meat products only. No pork or alcohol may be consumed on the property.

The rooms come with a bed, basic bedding, cupboard, desk, and chair. Daily cleaning of the common areas excluding rooms.

We have 7 ladies currently. Some are students at UCT and Sacap. The other are young professional interns.
