About the room

We have 3 furnished rooms available for short term rental between 4 & 5 months only. One room has an ensuite and walk-in closet with Harbour views. The other 2 rooms make use of shared bathroom. Accomodation / Shared living House for females only, available immediately. The house is located on the border of upper University Estate and on the MyCity bus route, in the Cape Town CBD. The house has great views of Table Mountain and the Cape Town harbour waterfront. It must be viewed to be appreciated. The house has a shared, large fully fitted kitchen and laundry, and a Dining Area.The house has a live-in person responsible for the management and cleaning of the common areas. Rental includes electricity, water and hi-speed fiber wifi. The rooms come with a bed, bedding, cupboard, desk and chair.
