• Located in a quiet, modern pocket of Burgundy Estate.
• Please note: There is no immediate access to minibus taxis or public transport in this specific area. Owning your own car/reliable transport is a strict requirement for living here.

What I am looking for:

• A clean, quiet, and “low-drama” female tenant who values mutual privacy, space, and a low-cortisol calm home environment.
• Someone who goes to and is focused on work or postgraduate research.
• This is a peaceful sanctuary, so it is strictly a no-parties, non-smoking, and no-sleepovers house.
