About the Room: A bright, tidy and spacious room suitable for a professional or student who values quiet and well-maintained, clean surroundings. The tenant will have primary use of the guest bathroom.

I work at the office and on weekends I enjoy peaceful mornings of sleeping in and reading, cleaning and running errands. I value privacy and offer the same respect in return. House Environment & Expectations This is a calm, tidy and private household. To ensure a good fit, this space may not be suitable if you: •Are not mindful of cleanliness in shared spaces (we keep outside shoes off inside the house, inside shoes are home slippers and thick socks) this helps maintain a clean and less germs within the home. •Bring unnecessary drama or conflict into the home
