House Share – Room Rental Information We offer rooms in a shared house in a clean and well-maintained living environment. The house is kept tidy by myself, my fiancé, and a maid. The yard and garden are maintained by my fiancé and the garden boy. A washing machine is available for tenants to use. Each person is allowed one free wash per week. The machine is 17 kg, which is more than enough for one person’s weekly laundry. Any additional loads during the same week will cost R60 per load. Wi-Fi is available in the house but is not included in the lease. Water and electricity are included in the rental. There is a pool and braai area for residents to enjoy.
