About the room
It’s a 2 bedroom apartment located in Hillbrow so you are close to 2 shopping centers which include Park Station and the dorenfontein . There is a washing line at the top of the building as well as a satellite so no need to bring one you have one. There are built in wardrobes in both rooms. There is a bathtub and single toilet for the whole house. Safety will not be an issue as there a cameras on each floor including the washing lines so no with security 24/7 at the reception room downstairs. There is a stove, fridge, TV stand with compartments and a living room that will soon be turned into another room. This is a big apartment so do know renovations will be done to elevate living conditions.
About the roomies
Well I am a reasonable and responsible person I do take pride in the things I own and I am a very kind person I currently do not live in the place I am renting out but there is a lady who might move out soon so in the meantime the second room is open for anyone wanting live there.
