I live in a small open plan flat in Mandalay, and will be moving out end of Jan and need someone to take over my lease. The place has electricity to last for about a month or two (I accidentally bought too much). The landlord accepts only females, so unfortunately no guys or children allowed. For the first month (now until end February) you can pay R3000 for rent then thereafter you will pay the R3250. There’s a shower and hot water is included in the rent.
It’s a bunch of flats with 4 females already occupying each of them. There are also dogs in the main house but they are locked out so they don’t have the ability to touch anyone. The flat is on the ground floor behind the main house and it’s very easy to catch public transport (bus, taxi, train, uber) as it is right next to the main road.
