Please note that electricity is not included. But R300 is what I spend monthly on electricity.
There is a shopping centre downstairs with a Checkers, Clicks, Legends Baraber, Crazy Store, Oasis, phone repair shop, liqour store, Nandos, Romans Pizza, Pickn Pay Clothing, Mr Price and a hair salon. The estate offers gated access, 24hr security and cameras in common areas! Both men and women are welcome!
Deposit and one month rent is expected before moving in. You will also have access to the app. Fingerprint access and access to all amentities. Parking is available at an additional fee.
