One private room available in a fully furnished two‑bedroom apartment at Anchorage Glenhaven, Bellville South. The room includes a bed and built‑in cupboard, with shared living space, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is neat, fully furnished, and well maintained. It is conveniently located close to UWC, CPUT, and Bellville Town. Taxi routes to town stop right at the gate, offering easy access to transport. The complex is well gated, very secure, and access controlled, providing a safe and comfortable living environment.
This is not a student accomodation but I’m mainly looking for a registered full time student, self paying. No NSFAS please.
Name clearance and credit check will be done.
The apartment will be shared with me; I’m male and open to sharing with either a guy or a girl. I’m friendly, respectful, and quiet but easy to talk to—a young working professional who works from home and studies part‑time. I value peace, cleanliness, and a neat living space. I’m considerate of shared areas and generally keep to myself.
