I am looking for someone to occupy a furnished room in a two bedroom apartment. The room comes with a single bed, a small desk, and ample cupboard space.

The apartment has a spacious lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom which will be shared. The unit is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible and convenient. This would suit someone who is neat, respectful, and comfortable with shared living.

The monthly rental amount covers water and excludes electricity. The apartment is situated close to Melrose Arch and Sandton City.

I live in the apartment with my 9 year old daughter. I work from home and value a calm, comfortable living environment. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, spending time in nature and running. We are easy going, respectful and mindful of shared spaces, and we enjoy a relaxed, peaceful home.
