Unique opportunity - I am looking for a housemate who will also be my pet sitter (cat) - in exchange for a reduced rental.
I am allergic to cats, but have a cat. Go figure. LOL I can therefore not give my cat as much love and affection as she deserves. She is low maintenance.
You will have your own private room with a bathroom which is occasionally used by guests. Fully furnished if required. All utilities included, as well as WiFi, Netflix etc etc. Solar battery backup. Jojo water tank backup, laundry, c;leaning etc all provided. House has a pool. bar, beautiful sunset views from the deck, safe secure parking, Beagle Watch armed response etc etc.
If you enquire, please tell me why you love cats. Generic “is this still available” messages will be ignored. If you see the ad, it is available. Also please don’t ask, there is no possibility to move sooner as my current housemate is staying until then. Regret no kids or other pets.
You will be sharing the house only with me and my cat. There are other cottages with other occupants but they don’t share anything other than the garden and pool area.
