Unique opportunity - I am looking for a housemate who will also be my occasional cat sitter - in exchange for a reduced rental. (To be clear: R3000 is the reduced rental.)
I travel for work and need someone who will be around more frequently to look after my cat. She is low maintenance but doesn’t like to be alone for too long.
You will have your own private room with a bathroom which is occasionally used by guests. Fully furnished if required. All utilities included, as well as WiFi, Netflix etc etc. Solar battery backup. Jojo water tank backup, laundry, c;leaning etc all provided. House has a pool. bar, beautiful sunset views from the deck, safe secure parking, Beagle Watch armed response etc etc.
If you enquire, please tell me why you love cats. Generic “is this still available” messages will be ignored. If you see the ad, it is available. Also please don’t ask, there is no possibility to move sooner than March as my current housemate is staying until then. Regret no kids or other pets.
Very important point: I am not looking for a “free”pet sitter. You will enjoy the benefit of a reduced rental for 4/4 of the year while feeding a loving cat for 1/4 of the year. Everyone wins in this scenario.
You will be sharing the house only with me and my cat. There are other cottages with other occupants but they don’t share anything other than the garden and pool area.
