About the room

2 older people living on the property. There is NO OFF-STREET PARKING! There are 3 cats so this is not for you if you have an allergy. Cottage is one block from the station. Rent include weekly cleaning , clean bedding every second week, 8 kg personal laundry weekly , wifi 24/7, electricity and water. I would prefer somebody , who does not work from home. All amenities nearby and walking distance to Claremont CBD. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Would possibly suit and older person?

About the roomies

I am a semi-retired music teacher, there are lessons late afternoon in the house but theses end before 19h00. I also stiol play my instruments but only in the afternoon. The second person in the house ( having sold a property 2 months ago) is staying temporarily while searching for a new property of their own.
