Set in a safe neighborhood with beautiful views and sunsets. Peaceful, quiet area close to R44 and Waterstone Village, and only a 5 min walk to Spar. Close to Technopark and 15min drive from/to Stellenbosch. Available for only 1 person per room - students or young professionals.

Includes, within reason, water, electricity and WiFi. Includes a cleaning lady once a week, as well as a gardener.

Swimming pool, braai facility and big garden as communal/shared space.

Regrettably no pets, already pets on property, so should love pets.

There are currently five other tenants in the shared house. All are working, responsible professionals.
