It is an estate protected area with less crime we have security check at the gate, it has a quite and serenity atmosphere, Very clean environment with friendly neighborhood. We are not far from the hospital we even have a doctor inside the estate. We are also near spar shopping centre. Taxis are allowed inside to pick travellers up.

The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s no unnecessary noise inside the house. It has a homely atmosphere anyone staying in this house feels at home even when one is studying there will be no one to disturb them. The bathrooms are all clean. We are two adults living in the property. Me and my son we each one keeps to themselves, basically we mind our own business.
