About the room, it’s a furnished room with enough space for two queensize bed, or a bed and a mini office setup.

And about the estate, It’s a great complex, the apartment is close to the gate and it’s walking distance to everyday necessities e.g Carlsward lifestyle centre, Sanridge Heights shopping center, Builders material shopping centre (Starbucks, wimpy, steers, McDonald’s, and much more). Also a 10mins walk to a nice welcoming Church behind the estate. It has a nice gym and pool within the estate.

It’s a great complex for car owners (saves you lots of gas) and non car owners (saves you lots of transport).

I’m a 27 year old male, a Ux/Ui designer, a software developer and I’m very good at communication. I’m very very tidy (so you don’t have to worry about mess on my part) and also respectful while maintaining a healthy balance of fun when need be. I’m quiet and as a developer I’m usually working in the living room and on my headset so you don’t have to worry about noise either. I’ll say I have a decent understanding of people and I am generally a great roomie… Kindness and consideration is everything.
