Elec and water is included. There is parking inside the property. It is conveniently located within 15 min walking distance to Virgin gym and Appleton Centre with Woolworths, Clicks, Rocco Mamas, Tigers milk etc and 30 min walk to the big Republic on Main Centre with Checkers ,Pick n Pay, Woolworths, restaurants etc .It is a peaceful, quiet property and only 15 min drive to Sandton, Rosebank etc

There is only 3 of us in a 4 bedroom house. I am in the main bedroom with my own bathroom. You would be sharing the 2nd bathroom with only one other roomie .I am an easy going person, friendly and work from home. My preference is for a working person who keeps normal hours. Please only one person in the room as I only want 3 in total in the house .I am a mature lady ,love hiking and the outdoors so the garden is a treasure.I am an avid reader with a curious mind .Think you would enjoy the house and garden as much as I do.
