About the property

Females ONLY! Short stays R250 per person per night. Student accommodation is R3200 per person sharing per month for a minimum stay of 3 months.

The flat is VERY Central and in a very safe area, within walking distance from all shops and transport. The taxi rank and bus hub is 400 meters away. South Cape TVET College is a 5 minute walk away.

The flat is spacious and open-plan with a seperate kitchen and bathroom, includes a shower. There is also a washing machine. It sleeps 3 people comfortably, not cramped at all. Wi-fi available.

Accommodation is offered to quiet, professional female students or interns. Must be of sober habits, non-drinkers, non-smokers. No loud music is allowed.

Non-students are allowed for short stays.

If you are looking for a calm, peaceful environment, then this is the place to come and stay.
