It is a 2 bedroom townhouse in a safe and secure complex. One bedroom is available. The shared bathroom has a bath, stand-alone shower, toilet and sink. The room is currently furnished with double bed, side table, curtains and TV. It has built-in cupboards. These can be utilised or removed based on preference. The lounge is cozy and comfortable with large TV with streaming sites. It is a fully equiped kitchen, stove, microwave and fridge. Unfortunately no airfryer and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer available at extra cost. Meals available at extra cost. Loadshedding battery backup system, no solar panels. Points of interest: Located close Pick ŉ Pay Family store and Checkers Hyper. We are looking for a non-smoker with sober habits. It is important to respect each other and keep things neat, tidy and clean.

We are a married couple. We do have our own business and works from home. We have sober habits, however we enjoy alcohol beverages occasionally. In our free time we like hiking, reading, watching TV and enjoy socialising with friends over the weekend.
