Its a small complex in the Sunning Hill area, close to amenities and public transport, the gaubus station is a waling distance. The apartment is on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms. More Pics can be sent on request or on video call.
About the roomies
I’ve been living here for the past 2 years, I live with my daughter (part time) she is in between Durban and Joburg for now. I mainly work from home, I go to the office twice a week. The Neighbours are quite friendly people, it’s a quiet complex and most people that live here have kids. Should you require a reference from my previous housemates I can get that for you, my current housemate is moving out end of December.
