It is also situated 6 min away from Blouberg beach front, 5 min away from Tablebay Mall, Blouberg Netcare Hospital, Eden on the Bay, Bayside Mall. Mycity Bus stop is a few minute walk from the property. Parking is behind closed gate. Our minimum stay is 1 week to a maximum of 5 months All bedrooms include smart TV, wifi, water, electricity and mostly with a fridge inside the room. Room cleaning services + change of linen is provided free of charge once a week, while all common areas are cleaned daily. No deposit needed. All rooms will be available from 1st July 2026 until end of November 2026. Our monthly rates are as follows: -Standard size double room with outside bathroom R8000.
