What is on offer:

• Gas stove & electricity billed on usage which we can split

I’d describe myself as easy-going with a good sense of humor. I’m a teacher and so part of that involves waking up early and coming back home later in the afternoon. As such I’m very respectful of people’s space and I understand when you’d like some time to yourself after a busy day at work.

I’m hoping to split living costs with someone that that is clean, responsible and respectful. I know that a clean and organized home can be a blessing to return home to and I hope we can share the space with this in mind. I’d love to share a space with someone that can become a good friend though and doesn’t mind having a good chat every now and then.

I’m not a party animal, I don’t smoke & I don’t drink so I hope to find someone with similar views.
