Unfurnished room available in a fully furnished apartment in the heart of Burgundy Estate. The apartment is sunny, secure, and ideally located within walking distance of Bossa Burgundy and Burgundy Square shopping centre.

Rent includes: water, electricity and uncapped Wi-Fi, so no surprise bills! We split household essentials like cleaning supplies and toilet paper on a simple turn-based system.

Cat lovers only, please – the apartment is shared with two very sweet, cuddly feline companions, so we’re looking for a clean and considerate housemate who enjoys a peaceful, cosy home (and doesn’t mind the occasional cat snuggle!).

I’m a neat, tidy, and open-minded ambivert who enjoys a good balance between going out for an adventure and staying in for a cosy night. I’m easy-going—equally happy to keep to myself or have a chat—and I really value clear communication and a spirit of compromise in shared spaces. Keeping things clean and homely is important to me, and I absolutely love cooking (happy to share a meal now and then!). I also come with two of the sweetest cats you’ll ever meet—gentle, affectionate, and always up for a cuddle. Looking forward to finding someone who’ll feel right at home here!
