I am a quiet 40 year old male that live in the main house. The room/apartment is available to someone that does their own thing, enjoy their own space and who is fairly quiet. No weirdo’s or party people. This is my house, my safe space and not a student house. Students welcome but no parties or social gatherings unless arrange with me in advance. Big back yard with braai area we can share. Open for viewings to nice people, but not desperate to rent out. If the person is not a fit, then its a no from me.
