Room Available in 2-Bedroom Cottage – Peaceful Complex with Greenery:

A private room is available in a 2-bedroom cottage located in a quiet, spacious complex with plenty of greenery. The cottage features an open-plan kitchen and living area, a separate bathroom and toilet, and a relaxed, homey atmosphere.

Your room comes furnished with a mobile wardrobe, table, and chair. Rent includes the services of a helper who comes twice a week for cleaning and laundry.

Electricity is prepaid — monthly contribution is around R800 each, which usually lasts the entire month. Water is included in the rent.

Looking for someone neat, respectful, and easy-going.

I’m a full-time professional — warm, respectful, and someone who values personal space and a peaceful home environment. I’m currently studying, so I appreciate a reasonably quiet and clean space.

I’m looking for a housemate who is tidy, considerate, and generally keeps to themselves. Ideally, someone who doesn’t have frequent guests or play loud music often. If you’re male, please note that I value feeling safe and respected in a living space, so I’m looking for someone with strong boundaries and a respectful attitude.
