Welgevonden Boulevard South

The location is listed incorrectly, it’s Nuutgevonden estate. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and livingroom on the 3rd floor. I already have everything for the kitchen: airfryer, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, washing machine. I Don have a lot of cutlery and the current furniture isn’t mine. We can get wifi depending on our needs and budget. Water is included.

It’s just me, my liziards, plants and fish. The lizards are very chill and mostly stay in their enclosures. They aren’t aggressive at all, only a bit goofy at times, and don’t make any noise, but can get stressed out from excessive load sounds. I would prefer If we do cooking separately and divide chores like sweeping/mopping the communal areas and taking out trash.
