We’re looking for a relaxed, respectful housemate to join our warm, modern home, in Upper Woodstock. The available space is a private downstairs suite featuring a sunlit bedroom with built in cupboards, your own lounge, and a separate bathroom. The house has a large open plan kitchen and outdoor braai area – ideal for working professional or postgrads seeking comfort and calm.

Multiple french doors and windows open directly onto a leafy garden – perfect for morning coffees or winding down with a book. Perks include WiFi, a domestic worker three times a week, and a household vibe that’s both welcoming and easy-going.

If you’re someone who appreciates a bit of space, a peaceful setting, and a good balance of independence and connection – we’d love to meet you.

Meet Your Future Housemates

We’re a friendly, young pair of 40yr olds – one guy, one girl – both professionals with full-time jobs (one office-based, one working from home) and always up for good conversation and a laugh. Between the two of us, we enjoy a balance of active and chill: running, cooking up a storm, catching a solid series, and the occasional weekend braai. Not party animals, but we appreciate good company and good vibes.

You’ll also be sharing the space with Oliver, a charming West Highland Terrier, who takes his role as honorary house manager very seriously – mostly supervising from a sunny spot in the garden.
