Hi! I’m renting out one room in my 2-bedroom apartment in Green Point. The apartment is fully furnished, modern, and very homey. You’d have your own private bedroom which is fully furnished with a reversible air-conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

A spacious lounge with a smart TV, dining table, and a balcony that gets lots of natural light. The kitchen has a gas stove, there’s a washing machine, and we’ve got high-speed Wi-Fi that stays on during load-shedding thanks to the inverter!

You’ll share the bathroom with me, and a cleaner comes in once a week (included in the rent). The building is quiet and secure.

The location is a huge bonus! We’re a walking distance from the DHL Stadium, V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade, and close to the local Spar, Woolworths, and loads of great cafés and restaurants.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and easygoing roommate (non-smoker preferred). If that sounds like a good fit , don’t hesitate to reach out!

I’m a full-time property manager , originally from the Congo. I’m easygoing, friendly, and love a good balance between a busy work life and a chilled home vibe. You’ll usually find me cooking up something delicious, listening to good music, or just enjoying some downtime after a long day.

I like keeping the space clean, cosy, and positive , somewhere that actually feels like home. If you’re someone who’s respectful, clean, and enjoys a peaceful but light-hearted space, I think we’d get along really well!
