🌊 Roommate Wanted – Betty’s Bay

I’ve got one room available in a really lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Betty’s Bay, and I’m looking for someone to share the place with.

The house is fully furnished ( basic needs and style ), has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, beautiful mountain views, and a private garden where you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee. There’s also a peaceful lake just across the road. 🌿

The beach is only a short walk away, and if you’re up for a bit more of a stroll, Penguin Beach is around 15 minutes away. 🐧🏖️

The house runs on solar + wind power, so load shedding isn’t really a problem here, which is honestly amazing.

As for me, I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself. I work from home, so the house is also my workspace. Because of that, I’m ideally looking for someone who is quiet, respectful and fairly independent, and who doesn’t have lots of people coming over all the time. I’m definitely not looking for a party house. 😅

Preferably looking for a woman roommate, and unfortunately no other pets, as I already have two cats who are more than enough 😂🐈🐈

Also no smoking, please.

The two ladies who own the property are honestly absolute gems—really friendly, welcoming and easy to deal with.

Overall, it’s a really peaceful place in a beautiful part of Betty’s Bay. If you’re more of a homebody/quiet type and want somewhere relaxed to live, it could be a great fit.
