Bathurst Road

The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms. One belongs to the landlord, the other 2 are currently occupied and the 4th a small guest room. One tenant is away till the 6th August 2025 there the room is available from now till then. No couples unfortunately. This spacious room is furnished with a double bed, bedding, bed-side tables, desk, chair, BIC and a free standing shelf. See image for reference. The kitchen and bathroom is a shared space. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, a large fridge and a storage drawer per room. All utensils and crockery are for sharing. There is a laundry to access as well. The outside back area has a table and chairs with a braai unit. The secured drive way has ample parking. Hot water is provided through solar-tube heating but can also be warmed using electricity. A cleaner comes around twice a week to clean communal spaces and a gardener oversees the garden maintenance. The landlord and other tenant are both males and are working professionals within the field of academia. This is a LGBTQIA+ friendly home where acceptance is paramount. We expect equal treatment and fairness of all who share the space.
