The house is in Observatory, Cape Town. A peaceful quiet home with beautiful aesthetics and a lovely garden that has loungers for a siesta under the tall trees. I am looking for someone who leads a healthy lifestyle and is responsible and mature. No couples and no friends sharing rooms. A dog lover is a must as there is a very friendly dog who loves making friends and interacting. We pretty much keep to ourselves and she sticks to me like glue! I would really appreciate sharing with someone who enjoys a tidy space, likes a conversation every now and then, is a friendly and flexible person.

Its just myself and my dog Lucky who currently live in the house. The room for rent is tastefully furnished with lots of scope for you to add your own touches.
