About the room
Its a 2 bedroom front part of the home (and considering to change the living room into bedroom) that needs some TLC in certain areas and will improve when the time comes. Hope to make it a pleasant stay for both parties. Hope to also provide extra finishings/features (fridge, stove, etc) in time as well and would like your feedback on your preference to make it worthwhile. Currently its been occupied and will need a fresh makeover (There can be parking behind a gate, to install carport in front part, etc)
About the roomies
In the back part of home, its 3 adults and 4 kids. We new at this and hope to make it a pleasant accommodation as well
