The apartment is fully furnished in the common areas. Preferably kept clean in all common areas and good hygiene practices.

I work full-time & at times I work from home, leave early in the mornings during the week, so the apartment is generally a quiet and relaxed space, especially on weeknights.

Ideally looking for someone who is: • clean and respectful of shared spaces • working full-time or with a stable routine • comfortable with a quiet home environment during the week

The apartment is fully furnished in the common areas, with a double bed in the bedroom (optional).

A few house guidelines: • Quiet time after 22:00 on weekdays • Cleaning of shared spaces on a weekly rotation • Utilities (water, electricity and Wi-Fi) shared fairly • Visitors are welcome occasionally, with notice but the apartment is a two-person household.
