Townhouse with small garden and small back courtyard. Unfurnished room is upstairs with own small bathroom (shower, toilet, basin) and built in cupboard space. You must be a small dog lover as there is one small dog who only lives downstairs. There is a washing machine, microwave and stove available downstairs to use. Upstairs bedroom is quite spacious with wooden floors. There is no private entrance or balcony, as room is upstairs. Smoking is allowed outside. One open parking bay.

Initially a 6 month’s contract. Thereafter it can be extended another 6 months. Rental Deposit is R3000 payable over 2 months (R1500 + R1500). Water, electricity, refuse, will be a set amount of R500 extra pm, starting only end of the 2nd month. 24 hour Wifi is optional extra for 340pm.

Need a valid ID copy, 3 months bank statement, proof of permanent job (copy of latest Employment contract with employer details), 2 references for character reference.

If I find the correct person now (as this advert is placed in June 2025), I can also book this space for you until then. Then a deposit of R1000 will be need to secure your space.
