Mondeor Road

We live on a beautiful farm on the outskirts of somerset west and Sir lowery’s Pass. The property has a big beautiful dam, ample space and great for a nice walk or cycle. Our garden is large and spacious. The home is a 3 bedroom house all rooms are very spacious. The room available to rent has its own private bathroom and ample cupboard space. We have solar power that kicks in and can power up everything in the house except the washing machine, dish washer and oven. We have a gas stove top and a separate oven along with a dish washer, fridge, microwave, air fryer, Smart Tv in the living room and a fire place for the colder days. The house is pretty much furnished except for the room available. But if preferred we can make space around the house for your personal belonings. We are open to having another animal. We have two Cats and a dogs so a meet and greet is necessary before proceeding further. We also have horses, ducks, chickens and peacocks roaming the farm so the animal needs to be comfortable and not reactive. There is parking space available, however it is uncovered. We have a fully equipped gym available on the property. Wifi is included in rent however an Additional (R1200 at its most) a month to cover electricty, water, house keeper (Every week) and a Gardener (Twice and month).

We are two Sisters aged 28 and 23. Charlie works from home and Jess the elder sister works in the film industry and is rarly as home during the day as her hours are long. We are both pretty relaxed individuals who enjoys a peaceful home and living space. We enjoy and occasional drink here and there with some good music. We both have boyfriends who occasionally come over. But overall we keep to our own spaces and focus our time on our careers.
