About the room
The property is situated on Rochester rd, in Observatory. It is within walking distance from the taxi rank, bus station and train station. It takes less that 5 minutes to walk to the Spar and 2 minutes to the corner store. The room can remain furnished or furniture moved out. Painting of the room is allowed.
About the roomies
The house is shared with me, a PhD student at UCT and my daughter (6 years old) who is with me every second week. I have two puppies and one cat.
