The Property is situated 2 minutes away from the Bus Stop/Taxi, there is a shopping Mall 10 Minutes walking distance or R38 for Uber/Bolt. UWC & CPUT is a Taxi/ walk away. You will have your private room(you are required to have your own bedding for a double bed please) with shared bathroom and kitchen. Own Fridge, WIFI, Water and Electricity Included. Cleaning fee is included. I require someone(FEMALE/Male) with sober habits(Occasionally having a drink is fine) and clean habits and who pays on time. Total Upfront R4600
