I’m looking for two people to share an apartment lease with in the Claremont area and surroundings - for a 12 month lease starting either 1 June or 1 July. We would be signing the lease together. The apartment will be 3-bed and searching for a place with at least 2 bathrooms. The living area will be shared, but the bedrooms spacious enough to fit your own desk if you need to work from home. I already possess most of the furniture to house the living space, plus kitchen utensils etc. you would simply need to furnish your own room. Background check will be done. Rent includes twice-a-month deep cleaning of the apartment. Parking available for additional fee. Preferably working professionals, but students welcome as well. Must earn at least R26,000 a month to qualify. No kids, no couples, no pets. Clean, tidy, respectful.
