Just renovated room and I also have the other one which I’m still renovating they are both garage size electricity included and water

Two other tenants and me in the main house I also have a dog that is keeping the yard safe .,we are a very reserved people noise is a no no and we help each other to keep the yard clean ,we take turns if needs be, respect is a must and that apply to all of us if u have a complain u welcome to voice it out, I hope to meet whomever will be interested and continue to live harmoniously,thank u so much
