The house is 3 minutes’ walk to the Garden Center mall and a minutes’ walk to Mill Street Mycity station; travel time to the city centre is 6 to 10 minutes, depending on traffic and route. UCT Jammie station is exactly behind my house. This is a 4-bedroom house, a bathroom available for the 3 roommates, there is an outdoor bathroom which I only use. We are not always full house as some of the rooms are let on Airbnb and not occupied all the time. The room is spacious furnished with a queen bed, and a large worktable and cabinet for clothing storage and other belongings. A lease of 3 or 6 months can be drawn, or you can call me to negotiate terms of stay.
I have one other person staying with me in the house at the moment; two people. The house can take 4 people.
