I’m a 49 year old happily married christian male . I only use the flat 7 to 8 days of the month and in those days I’m out early morning and back late afternoon and I’m looking to rent it out to an elderly lady of very sober habits . I’ll give her the main bedroom which is bigger with a lot of cupboard space and she has the option of the bathroom with the bath or the shower I’m ok either. She’ll also be welcome to decorate the flat however she wants, put up her own pictures im pretty easy going .
