I’m looking for a female to share a house with in a 3 bedroom house located in Blue Rise(Blue downs) , the room is avaiable for a single person(no kids and couples) The house is conveniently situated near amenities i.e 4,7 km(7 minutes) from Zevenwacht Mall, 2,4 km (5 minutes) from Blue downs centre and comes with features like kitchen with built in cupboards , open plan lounge , a bath & shower and parking. The monthly rental is R6000(Including water and electricity), with a refundable security deposit of R3000
