We have a flatlet to rent on our property in old Strandfontein for a single mother and child or single professional. The fee includes rent, water, electricity and wifi and the space is semi-furnished. Secure parking is also available. It has a brand new double bed and 3-door wardrobe. Also has a shower/toilet and small kitchen area. Space to add a small couch and tv unit. It’s walking distance from Dennegeur avenue to use public transport, situated right behind Bedazzle. We are a big family with 6 kids (4 permanently on the property). We have a small Yorkie who thinks he rules. We’re lively, fun, warm and respectful - anyone who stays in the flatlet will be treated like family. We are looking for a mother and young child or single professional who will fit in with our family lifestyle.
