My little home is in a small secured complex one parking bay provided and is walking distance to the shops and Miciti bus route. It has a little garden and a built up braai and a table and chairs also with an outdoor umbrella for those hot summer days.There is also a washing line as well for when you do your laundry. It has two rooms that are upstairs. There is the bathroom upstairs that we will be sharing.We will be sharing my home so please keep it neat and tidy , down stairs is the kitchen and a small lounge and a guest toilet.The room that I’m letting has a single bed and 2 side tables and has built-in cupboards.

RULES OF MY HOME

Looking for a professional working mature lady that doesn’t work from home.Im looking for a non smoker could consider vaping outside only and sober habits No pets or children allowed .Must be neat and tidy .Must clean own room. Keep shared areas clean and tidy.Please only shower once a day. BE WATER WISE. No visitors as my home is very small and i don’t entertain my friends at home.No noise after 10 pm as I live in a complex so one has to be mindful.No cooking after 7.30pm unless its something quick in the microwave Dishes must be washed and dried and put away after each meal.Please provide your own food and condiments. No eating food in your room.You can wash your clothes and bedding once a week please provide your own washing powder .I work from home as a hairstylist from my lounge from Mondays to Saturdays so would i would prefer someone who does not work from home. .My place is fully furnished so please only bring your clothing and toiletries and bedding and bath towels No storing of anything as there is no garage. Please treat my home as if it was yours and look after what ever you use. A background check will be requested from you including 3 month bank statements. Pay slips employers details. Proof of ID reference from previous landlord. There will be an increase on the rental every year between 8 - 10 % and a lease agreement of every 3 months and if all works out and we both are happy it will extend to 6 months and longer. Rules must be strictly obeyed. HAPPY HOME
