About the room
My little home is in a small secured complex one parking bay provided and is walking distance to the shops and Miciti bus route. It has a little garden and a built up braai table and chairs with an outdoor umbrella. It has two rooms that are upstairs. There is the bathroom upstairs. Down stairs is the kitchen and a small lounge.
RULES OF MY HOME
I would prefer a non smoker and sober habits .No parties. One female friend can visit on a Saturday afternoon or a Sunday .No noise after 9pm.No cooking after 8pm Dishes must be washed and dryed and put away after each meal.Please provide your own food and condiments. You can wash your clothes and bedding once a week and use water sparingly showering once a day.I work from home as a stylist from my lounge from Mondays to Saturdays so please respect my working times. I hope my rules don’t offend you .I would rather you know this up front to avoid any complications. Thanku for understanding.
About the roomies
I’m a quiet person neat and tidy a llittle OCD .I am down to earth and get on well with most people.I would like to have an interview before I agree as we need to get on with each other ,a reference from your previous landlord and 3 months bank statements is required.
