Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Kenilworth on the Main Road- just a stroll down the road to Bootleggers, Woolworths and Pick n Pay. Close to the the train station and close to Cavendish Mall and Kenilworth Centre.

The smaller bedroom is available from 1 April 2025. Please note that the bed is not included and you will need to bring your own bed. The room is big enough to fit a double bed with ease and has built-in cupboards.

Also included is access to the main bathroom with shower, bath and toilet plus a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob and a fridge and you will have free use of that area as well as access to the very spacious lounge with comfy couch and TV.

Lastly, there is a sun room equipped with a desk but it gets really hot there in the summer.

I’m a 31 year old male and I work as a Data Analyst (hybrid) so I’m often at home and I work in my room when I’m not at the office in the Northern Suburbs.

I enjoy music, playing guitar and singing (please note I will do this quite frequently in my room but I keep the doors closed and the hours reasonable).

Other than I’m pretty laid-back and chilled.
