One vacant bedroom available in a 2-bedroom apartment, located in Eersterivier. The apartment features a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The room is unfurnished (no bed provided), so you are welcome to bring your own bed and fridge.

Water and wifi included in price. Electricity is prepaid and seperate, can be discussed further.

The shared living space, including appliances, is available for both of us to use, and parking space is temporarily available. The complex is safe under security watch, includes a swimming pool, and is conveniently close to public transport for easy commuting.

I live alone and keep my space clean and peaceful. I respect people’s space and value mutual respect, so I’m mindful and easy to live with.

I’d prefer to share with one single female who appreciates a calm and tidy environment.
