Hey everyone! I’m looking for a single young professional (25-38 years old) to share my beautiful, fully furnished flat in Hout Bay, Cape Town. 🌿✨

📍 Location: Opposite Mainstream Shopping Centre, in a secure estate, just a 5-minute walk to the beach! 🏠 Flat Details: Ground-floor unit with a lovely patio, modern and fully furnished—including a bed for you! Just bring your clothes and yourself, everything else is taken care of. 💰 Rent: R8,000 per month (includes Wi-Fi, electricity, and a cleaning person). 💵 Deposit: R8,000. 🐾 Unfortunately, this is not a pet-friendly space.

📅 Availability: From 1st April. Ideally looking for someone who can commit to a 6-month to 1-year lease, but I’m also open to shorter stays if needed.
